Fuel Injection Wire Harness
Fuel Injection Wiring Harness
Fuel Injection Wiring Harness; Throttle By Wire; Standard Length;
This harness is designed for use on any 2007 and up LS3 with throttle by wire. It uses the factory ECM & TCM and will operate engines with or without variable valve timing (VVT) and active fuel management (displacement on demand or DOD). This harness does not support flex fuel operation and will not work on GTOs. Included with this harness is a 10 circuit weatherproof fuse block & mounting bracket, GM color coded wires with labels, and all the required terminals and connectors for easy installation. This standard length harness allows four feet from the back of the intake manifold to where the fuse block and ECM mount. Perfect for those that plan to mount these components under the dash or in the glove box. This harness also requires the following mating parts; ECM #12597121 or #12612384; TCM #24234503; Accelerator pedal #25832864 or #25835421. The Fuse Block Protects The Following Circuits: ECM and Data Link Connector B+, ECM and Malfunction Indicator Lamp, Fuel Pump, Heated O2 Sensors, Ignition Coils, Injectors, Mass Airflow and Valve Lifter Oil Manifold (DOD), TCM, TCM B+, Transmission, 40 Amp Cooling fan Relay and Circuit Breaker (ECM Activated), 20 Amp Fuel Pump Relay, 40 Amp & 20 Amp Ignition Relays. This harness includes connections for the following components: Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor, Alternator (Including a 4 gauge power wire), Brake Switch, Cam Position/Cam Phazer Sensor, Cooling Fan, Crank Position Sensor, Data Link Connector , Driver/Pass Front O2 Sensors, Driver/Pass Knock Sensors, ECM, Engine Coolant Temperature, Fuel Pump, Grounds , Ignition Coils, Ignition Switch Signal, Injectors, Input Speed Sensor 4L80E/4L85E , Malfunction, Indicator Lamp, MAP Sensor, Mass Airflow / Intake Air Temperature Sensor, Oil Pressure Sensor, PRNDL Switch, Reverse Lights, Starter, TCM, Throttle Body , Transmission, Valve Lifter Oil Manifold (DOD), Vehicle Speed Sensor, VSS Output for Speedometer.
It's a lot more than circuits and wire! How often have you seen advertisements for wiring harnesses promising, 21-circuit kit for the low, low price of...? What do you get for that low price? 21 circuits and yards of colored wire? Is that all you need, and exactly what makes up a proper wiring harness, anyhow? Well, it's a lot more than just circuits and wire. A wiring harness is, first and foremost, engineering. At Painless, all of our harnesses are designed by real engineers using the latest in diagnostic equipment and AutoCAD to ensure consistency in manufacturing and an accurate and easy installation. Finally, and certainly not least, there's quality. You deserve the assurance that after installing a harness it's going to work: That when you turn on the headlights, they shine; That the blinkers blink and that the engine starts. At right you see a Painless fuel injection harness on our exclusive test board. Every single fuel injection harness, before it goes in the box, is mounted first on a test board like this. Each blue connector simulates a particular engine function. This test ensures that all connections are working properly, all pinouts are correct and there is continuity in all the wires. When you install a Painless harness, we GUARANTEE it is going to work. If you're looking for superior quality, engineering and craftsmanship, Painless is your only sensible choice. Painless has remained the leader in automotive wiring and electrical products for over seventeen years through engineering and innovation, not corner cutting and imitation.
