How it’s made: the Form Forged process
Every Form Forged wheel starts as a cast preform and is finished with flow forming:
1. Mount & heatThe wheel blank is mounted to the forming drum and heated to prepare the aluminum for shaping.
2. Roll formingHydraulic rollers apply calculated pressure to the spinning barrel, extending it into the rim profile.
3. Compression & stretchThe barrel is compressed and stretched to its final width and thickness, aligning the grain structure.
4. Finalized barrelThe result is a thinner, lighter, stronger barrel with forged-like durability and load capacity.

Warranty
E5 warrants its wheels against defects in material and workmanship for five years from retail purchase, including the finish, and against structural failure under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns them. Racing, accidents and improper installation or maintenance are not covered.

Will these wheels fit my 2005-2013 Corvette C6?

Do I need hub-centric rings?
No. The wheels are hub-centric for your Corvette (70.3mm center bore), so no rings are needed.
Can I reuse my factory TPMS sensors?
Yes. E5 wheels accept factory Corvette 315 MHz TPMS sensors. Replace the valve stem seals during transfer and perform a TPMS relearn.
What lug nuts and torque do I need?
Use M12 x 1.5 conical 60° seat lug nuts with a 19mm socket and torque to 100 ft-lbs. Re-torque after 50–100 miles.
What does Form Forged mean?
E5’s Form Forged Series uses flow forming: the barrel is heated and rolled under pressure, stretching and compressing the aluminum for a lighter, stronger, forged-like barrel at a fraction of the cost of a fully forged wheel.
Is this sold as a set?
Yes. You receive a complete staggered set of 4 wheels (2 front, 2 rear) with E5 center caps.
Can you mount tires?
Yes. Ask us for a wheel & tire package: mounting, Road Force balancing, black lug nuts and TPMS sensor transfer are included.
