Made for Your Car
Vossen keeps the HF-7 in stock as blank wheels: the design and flow-formed barrel are finished, but the center is left solid so it can be machined for almost any 5-lug car.
- Bolt pattern: drilled to your car’s exact pattern (5x112, 5x114.3, 5x120, 5x130 and more). No adapters, no multi-drilled patterns.
- Offset: we spec the offset for your car, brakes and stance, or you can choose your own within the range each size allows.
- Center bore: cut to fit your hub. Hub-centric rings are included if your car needs them.
- Finish: pick from Gloss Black, Satin Black, Satin Silver, Satin Bronze or Anthracite.
Need a set fast? Some cars have pre-drilled HF-7 sets in stock in Gloss Black and Silver Polished. Pick your car in step 01 and we’ll show you if a Ready to Ship set is available.
How It Works
Every HF-7 Build to Order set starts as a Hybrid Forged blank that Vossen machines and finishes for your car, then ships in about 1-2 weeks (2-4 weeks for Gloss Black).

The Vossen HF-7
The Vossen HF-7 pairs a split-spoke face with deep concave profiles and builds it as a Hybrid Forged wheel. The barrel is flow-formed, stretched under heat and pressure, which tightens the aluminum's grain so the wheel is lighter and stronger than a standard cast barrel.
Every Build to Order set starts as a blank and is machined for your car: bolt pattern, offset and center bore, then finished in Gloss Black, Satin Black, Satin Silver, Satin Bronze or Anthracite. Sizes run from 19 to 24 inches in widths from 8.5 to 12 inches, square or staggered, with flat, mid, deep and super deep concave profiles depending on size and offset.
Sold as a set of 4. Vossen center caps included. TPMS compatible. Hub-centric rings included when your car needs them.

What is Vossen Build to Order?
Vossen keeps the HF-7 in stock as undrilled blanks. When you order, Vossen drills your bolt pattern, machines the offset and center bore for your car and finishes the set in the color you chose.
How much does a set of Vossen HF-7 Build to Order wheels cost?
The HF-7 starts at $799 per wheel ($3,196 for a set of four). Price is set by size and includes custom machining, finish and hub-centric rings if your car needs them.
Which finishes can I choose?
Build to Order sets come in Gloss Black, Satin Black, Satin Silver, Satin Bronze and Anthracite. Silver Polished is only offered on pre-drilled Ready to Ship sets.
How long does it take?
Most finishes take about 1-2 weeks; Gloss Black takes about 2-4 weeks. Call us for an exact lead time. Because each set is made for your car, Build to Order wheels can’t be returned once production starts.
Can I choose my own offset?
Yes. Leave it to us and we’ll spec the offset for your car, brakes and stance, or pick “custom offset” and enter your own within the range that size allows. We double-check custom offsets with you, but fitment on customer-chosen offsets can’t be guaranteed by Vibe Motorsports or Vossen.
I only know the diameter I want. Can you pick the rest?
Yes. Choose “Pick for me” in step 03 and select your diameter. Our team picks the widths, offsets and stagger for your car and confirms them with you before Vossen builds your set. You’re charged the price of the widest size in that diameter, and if we spec a narrower size we refund the difference.
Is there a faster option?
For popular cars like the Tesla Model 3 and Y, BMW G20 3 Series and Mercedes G-Class we stock pre-drilled HF-7 sets that ship in 1-2 business days. Select your car above and we’ll show you if one is available.
Can Vibe Motorsports mount tires and install them?
Yes. Wheel and tire packages include mounting, Road Force balancing and transfer of your factory TPMS sensors at our Burbank, CA shop, and we ship nationwide.
