Instead of an off-the-shelf wheel with a generic bolt pattern and hub rings, every BTO set starts as an HRE FlowForm blank that HRE finishes specifically for your car.

HRE Machines It
HRE drills your bolt pattern, machines the offset within the blank’s engineered range and cuts the center bore hub-centric to your car.

Your set is finished in-house at HRE and shipped free in the USA. Add tires and we mount, Road Force balance and install TPMS.

The HRE FT1 FlowForm
The HRE FT1 FlowForm is now available through HRE’s Build-To-Order (BTO) program. Its bold split-spoke truck and SUV design is produced with flow-forming technology: the barrel is spun and rolled under heat and pressure, which aligns the aluminum grain for a lighter, stronger wheel than a conventional cast wheel. Instead of a one-size-fits-all bolt pattern with hub rings, every BTO set is machined by HRE for your truck or SUV.
What Build-To-Order Means
- Custom bolt pattern drilled by HRE for your vehicle on a 5-lug or 6-lug blank (5x127, 5x139.7, 5x150, 6x114.3, 6x120, 6x130, 6x135, 6x139.7).
- Offset machined to your spec within the blank’s engineered range (ET 25 to 50).
- Hub-centric center bore cut to your vehicle – no hub rings needed.
- Any HRE FlowForm finish included at no charge (all finishes except Liquid Metal), finished in-house at HRE.
- 4–6 week build from order to shipment.

The FT1 BTO is offered in 20x9 with 5-lug and 6-lug blanks, sold per wheel at $950 ($3,800 for a set of four). The price does not change with the finish you choose.

What is the HRE FlowForm Build-To-Order (BTO) program?
BTO wheels start as HRE FlowForm blanks. HRE drills the bolt pattern for your vehicle, machines the offset within the blank’s engineered range, cuts a hub-centric center bore (no hub rings) and finishes the wheel in-house in the FlowForm finish you choose.
How much does a set of HRE FT1 BTO wheels cost?
The HRE FT1 BTO starts at $950 per wheel ($3,800 for a set of four). Price is set by diameter only — your finish, custom bolt pattern, offset and hub-centric bore are included.
Which finishes can I choose?
Any HRE FlowForm finish except Liquid Metal, at no extra charge: Tarmac, Liquid Black, Anthracite, Fog, Liquid Silver, Palladium, Vapor, Great White, Sea Lion, Sarsaparilla, IPA, Gold Rush, Eureka, Gloss White Gold, Satin White Gold, Redline and Sky Blue.
How long does it take?
Build-To-Order sets ship in about 4–6 weeks from order. Because each set is drilled and finished for your car, BTO wheels can’t be returned once HRE starts production.
Will it fit my car?
Select your vehicle in the builder to see the FT1 specs we’ve already engineered for it. If your car isn’t listed, enter it and choose your sizes — our team confirms bolt pattern, offset and brake clearance with you before HRE builds the set. Lowered or widebody car, or big brakes? Can Vibe Motorsports mount tires and install them?
Yes. Wheel and tire packages include mounting, Road Force balancing and transfer of your factory TPMS sensors at our Burbank, CA shop, and we ship anywhere in the USA free.
